- A project namely “Nashaiman” consisting of Shops, Offices & Apartments situated on Plot No. 31, Gulnab Housing Society, on Main University Road, Karachi, (Sindh), which was already completed in the year 1994 and possession handed-over to the Allottees with title ownership.
- A project namely “Grace Tower” consisting of Shops & Apartments, situated on Commercial SB Plots No. SB 4 & 5, Block 17, Gulistan-e-Jouhar, Karachi, (Sindh) which was already completed in the year 1997 and possession handed-over to the Allottees with title ownership.
- A project namely “Soneri Apartment & Shopping Mall” of M/s. Soneri Builders & Developers (sister concern), consisting of Shops & Apartments, situated on Plot Commercial No. 1, Block 12, Gulistan-e-Jouhar, Karachi (Sindh) facing double Roads, located in developed area consisting of Shops & Apartments, under finishing stage.
- A plotting scheme namely “New World City” at Gwadar (Baluchistan) ideally situated near Airport, consisting of residential/commercial plots.
- A plotting scheme namely “Soneri Lagoon” ideally situated on Gulshan-e-Maymar (Sindh) 80 Acres consisting of plots viz.: residential /commercial / Flat Sites. This proposed lucrative scheme is in pipe line.
- A plotting scheme namely “ G.D.A Housing Scheme No. 5 ” at Gwadar (Balochistan) ideally situated near Airport, consisting of residential/commercial plots.
- A project namely “Taloo Gold Residency”, consisting of Apartments & Showrooms Type Shops, situated on Plot-A, Sector 17-B, Scheme No. 33, Karachi (Sindh) facing double Roads, located in developed area which is under the stage of construction.
- A Residential/Commercial Plotting Scheme namely “Taloo Meadows” ideally situated Near Northern Bypass (Sindh) on an area of about 81 Acres consisting of residential & commercial plots. This proposed lucrative scheme is in pipe line.
